Caution Notice
This product utilizes standard PP cotton fill and may not absorb heavy impacts for pets with severe osteoarthritis. The bottom layer does not feature non-slip silicone traction. Strictly avoid placing this mat on low-friction surfaces such as smooth hardwood floors or slippery vehicle seats to prevent slip-induced falls.

Cleaning Instructions
Wipe minor spills immediately with a damp towel (recommended method). Alternatively, hand wash gently in cold water. Machine washing is not recommended as it may cause the internal fill to shift. Always air dry completely.

Will the folding hardware hurt my dog's joints?

No. Our mat transforms via a perimeter zipper, leaving zero hard plastic buckles or hardware under your dog's back when deployed.

Is it difficult for an older dog to get onto this mat?

Not at all. It deploys completely flat with a 0-inch entry threshold, so senior dogs don't have to lift their legs over a bulky edge.

Is this mat slip-resistant on hard floors?

No. It lacks active non-slip silicone dots, so we strongly advise deploying it only on high-friction surfaces like grass, earth, or carpet.

Can I use this for dogs with incontinence?

The water-resistant exterior makes it easy to wipe away minor accidents quickly, but it is not fully waterproof for heavy incontinence.

How do I store the mat?

Simply zip it into its closed tote configuration. Ensure both the fabric and inner fill are 100% dry before storing to prevent mildew growth.
