Where do you ship?
- We ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
- We offer FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $70.
- For orders under $70, a standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.
Can I track my order?
- Yes! You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is handed to the carrier.
- You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
- We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unwashed items in their original packaging.
- Items must be free from any traces of pet fur, odors, or stains to be eligible.
Which items are non-returnable?
- For hygiene and safety, items like pet beds, blankets, and grooming tools cannot be returned once they have come into contact with a pet.
- Any item showing signs of use will be ineligible for a refund.
How do I start a return?
- Email us at info@pawnuzzle.com with your Order Number and photo evidence showing the item is in its original condition.
- Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
What if my item arrives damaged?
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@pawnuzzle.com.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
- Return shipping for "Change of Mind" is at the customer’s expense.
- Pawnuzzle covers return shipping only for confirmed defective or incorrect items.
