Caution Notice
Limit initial usage to 10-15 minutes to allow your senior pet to physically acclimate. Never leave your pet unattended on ramps or steep inclines, as this device does not feature an active wheel-lock mechanism. Keep fingers and pet hair clear of sizing punch holes during adjustment to avoid pinch injuries. Consult your veterinarian if your pet exhibits worsening mobility or distress during use.

Cleaning & Storage Instructions
Wipe the aluminum frame with a damp cloth; do not submerge in water. Hand-wash EVA foam pads and nylon straps with a mild, pet-safe detergent and air dry completely. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Which size option should I choose for my dog?

Selection depends on your dog's weight. Choose M, L, or XL (33-88 lbs) for a lightweight frame that reduces pulling resistance. Giant breeds (88-154+ lbs) must use the XXL or XXXL option, which features a reinforced closed base to handle heavy loads and prevent side-tipping.

Will the frame loosen or collapse during long walks?

No. Unlike standard carts that rely on screws prone to vibration-induced loosening, our frame utilizes securely locking push-button spring clips. This ensures structural integrity remains firmly intact.

How does the harness relieve skin irritation for senior dogs?

We use high-density EVA foam padding instead of stiff nylon at core weight-bearing contact points. This safely distributes body weight and significantly reduces friction, minimizing the risk of chafing and pressure sores on thinning skin.
